I painted this painting for the ArtConnect exhibition that took place in Istanbul in 2023. It is a diptych of two parts of 40x90 cm each. It is a bright, emotional and filled with warmth painting about the joy of life, about oriental hospitality, about abundance. Here I have for the first time introduced yellow, my favorite color, in a large volume. It plays a key role in the painting along with the fruit itself. It is a personification of the sun and as a source of life.
